The Website is dedicated to the online supply from Supplier (Alba Elettronica S.r.l.) to Customer (the party, individual or company using the Website) of printed circuit boards (“PCB”) produced by the Supplier, in compliance with – where applicable – laws on contracts signed at a distance pursuant to arts. 50 and subsequent of the Italian consumption code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), and e-commerce regulations pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and, for what concerns protecting confidentiality, provisions in Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

The Supplier has the right to deny access to services offered through its Website at any time.

Any full or partial Website access limit and if the Website should not be operating does not make the Supplier liable towards the Customer in any way.

Registering with the Website and the purchase of PCBs through the Website is strictly reserved for subjects who are of age. Before ordering the Customer must register with the Website on line. The Customer undertakes to provide true, correct data exempting the Supplier from any liabilities arising from erroneous/false data given.

Contractual Website relations between Customer and Supplier are regulated by these Conditions of Use, by everything set forth in the General Conditions and by the Privacy Policy. And by all further conditions regulating use of single services and any other note, legal warning, information or disclaimer published anywhere in the Website, to be considered an integral part of the General Conditions.
